Stakeholder Feedback

Mrs Walton on 29th March 2023

"Yes2Yes sorted out a property problem of mine which had been ongoing for a decade. It took them a few months.  They were efficient, helpful, honest, friendly, sympathetic and competent.

From the moment they became involved they shouldered the burden of the considerable stress I'd been dealing with, and kept me well informed of what was happening, explained details and advised me of what little I had to do on my side to progress matters quickly. I believe that the deal they offered me was very fair and there were no hidden extras or nasty surprises. They kept their promises.

I am completely happy with the outcome of this transaction - Yes2Yes lifted a burden which had been troubling me for years."

"My first meeting with Tom Scarth during my final year of university was due mere happenstance.Tom was a customer in the restaurant I was working at the time. It was during this encounter that he asked me ‘what do you want to do when you’re older?’ to which I told him of my ambitions to be a future Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. I’m not afraid to state my ambitions as changing the world and leaving an impact on society is something I am determined to do. Since that first meeting, myself and Tom  have spent time working on innovative ideas that will revolutionise the housing industry and in turn transform the way people look at housing in Britain. My work on Rory Stewart’s campaign for mayor London showed me that it is imperative that the future of housing be one that does not primarily focus on profits but one that instead focuses on sustainability. What’s more, this focus needs to not just be on environmental sustainability but also ethical sustainability. Through my work with Tom and everyone involved with Yes2Yes properties, we aim to instigate the vital change that is necessary to make ethical capitalism the future of western economies."
